hereby releases the original Obligors~ frur~ fu-•ther oblic~ations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designat~•~1 herein, nothin~ here shall
constitute a chane+e or amendment to the afore~~~entioned promissory note and
mortqage, the provisions of which are s~~ecifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ unon the i~eirs, persunal representa-
tives, successor•s and assi~ns of the parti~s.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same n~anner as if the (kmc-•(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqaoe and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrec~s that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby conse~ts to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgac~ed
property to the Owner(s).
