Condemnatbn. The proceedc of an~~ aw•ard or claim for Jamages, direct or concequential, in connection with any condemnation or other taking of the Property, or paN thereof, or f:sr conveyanre in lieu of condemnation, are hereby assigned anJ thall t+e paid to I.ender.
