of 715.00 feet to a point; thence run east a distance of 33 feet to a
point on the east right of way at t4cNei1 Road for the point of beginning;
thence continue east along the same line_a distance of 297.00 feet to
a point; thence run northwesterly a distance of 388.70 feet to a point
on the south right of way of State Road 70; thence run southwesterly
along the south right of way of State Road 70, a distance of 300.00 feet
to a point; thence run south along the east right ~f way vf McNeil Road
a distance of 209.55 feet to the point of beginning lying and being in
St. Lucie County,Florida, being a part of Tract 12 in the NE~ of Model
