PAYMENT OF THIS NOTE OR MORTGAGE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF A HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OF EVEN
DATE BETWEEN THE MAKER AND PAYEE OR THE MORTGAGOR AND MORTGAGEE.
