SUSOROINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS, that the certai~ a~ree~nent between
Cooper Groves and Allapattah Operation Company, a Florida Corproation, dated
May 1~, 1978, recorded in OR Book 29g, Page 2953, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, relating to the following described real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The North 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the South 1/2 of
the Northeast 1/4 of Sectian 5, Township 31 South,
Range 38 East, in containing 20.9 acres more or less.
and
The Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5,
Township 37 South, Range 38 East, in containing 41.73
acres more or less.
At the request of the mortgagor and in consideration of $10.00
~nd other good and valua ble considera tions, inuring to the undersigned, the
undersigned being the potential lienor under the said agreement does hereby
subordinate any lien arising by operation and effect of those certain mortgages
and indebtedness secured thereby executed by Talbert Cooper, Jr, and Margarette
S. Cooper, a/k/a Margarette Cooper, to The Federal Land Bank of Colu;nbia, under
the date of February 27, 1981 , recorded at OQ 6ook J~, Page ~ Z~'/ , of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the amount of 5260,000.00, to-
~gether with all additional and future advances made thereunder, and encumbering
the above-described real property; and the undersigned hereby subordinates its
liens to said mortgages of The Federal Land Bank of Columbia as if the said
inortga~es had been signed and recorded prior to and in advance of the agreement
entered into between Cooper Sroves and the undersigned.
