(b) The prescribed payme~t due date of November 15th, 1980,
as set out in said Note shall be extended to November 15th,
1981, with the interest terms remaining the same therein,
being due and payable on the unpaid balance every three months
from November 15th, 1980. •
THAT all other terms and conditions of said Mortgage and
Note shall continue in full force and effect.
