F ~ ~ -_ RECEIPT, ACKNOWLE:DGMENT~ ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PIIRCt~ASER Purchaser~ by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this purchase of a condominiiun unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF NUTCHINSON ISLAND is subject ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto~ including but not lim- ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominitan or re- ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Aeclaration and Exhibits and the Artieles of Incorporation~ By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners Association; and Purchaser further acknoWledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aeknos,rledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominiwn property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves , all of the term~ and provisions of said Declaration of Condom'~ium and Exhibits att~ched thereto~ and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's ~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the ; Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~~.^.~'er said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser ass~_,~_s the obligations as to the Property Owner's Associ3tion as to his condomi^:::rn parcel.
