THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 12th day of
February, 1981, upon the Plaintiffs' Motion for a Court Order
permitting the view of the Transcript of the Grand Jury
proceedings, and the Court having heard argument of counsel,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
upon consideration '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be and the same is
hereby denied at this time as there has been no discovery and
no indication as to why the Transcript of the Grand Jury
proceedings should be viewed.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
