ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on February
26, 1981, upon the Motion to Dismiss and the Motion to Dismiss Amended
Cor~plaint of the Defendants, and havins heard argument of counsel and
having reviewed the record and beinu otherwise advised in the premises,
it is accordingly, found that there are serious and com?~licated legal
issues warranting further study by this Court. Thus, it is
ORDERED AIVD ADJUDGED that Defendants shall file a~Memorandum of
Law in support of their motions within twenty (20) days of entry hereof
and that Plaintiff shall have fifteen (15) da;~s thereinafter within which
to~submit a resnonse. Jurisdiction is thus retained as to Defendants'
Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint and ?iotion to Dismiss.
