ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEIiPT
This cause came on to be heard on the wife's Motion for
Contempt, and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties
and being fully advised in the premises. it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the husband is found to be in willful contempt of
Court for violating the restraining order entered on January 27.
1981.
2. As punishment, the husband. WILFRED A. GORDON, is here-
by sentenced to 30 days in the County Jail, said sentence shall be
suspended from day to day provided the husband
(a) Changes his mailing address so t'-~at his mail will
not be delivered to the 2500 N. 43rd Street. Fort Pierce,
Florida address;
(b) Does not come around the wife;
(c) Does not come to .the premises at-2500 N. 43rd Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida;
(d) Does not harass or annoy the wife;
(e) Does not follow~the wife in his automobile.
3. The husband shall not sell or otherwise dispose of the
disco equipment.
4. Paragraph 5 of the order of January 27, 1981 is hereby
