O R D E R
This matter came on for hearing on February 27, 1981,
on the Wife's request for all matters pertaining to restraining
order, tem~orary child support and temporary child custody
prayed for in her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and upon
the Husband's Motion for Appointment of Counselor, and all
parties being present, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife, CYNTHIA HELEN PRESCOTT,~ shall
have the temporary care, custody and control of the
parties minor child, MICHELLE BETH PRESCOTT.
2. That the Husband, RICKY CECIL PRESCOTT, shall

have visitation with MICHELLE BETH PRESCOTT every Sunday
beginning at 2:00 p.m. through 4:00 o.m. The Husband
shall also have reasonable rights of visitation with
I-1ICHELLE, said visits to.be scheduled and agreed upon
by the parties prior to the visit.
3. That the Husband, RICKY CECIL PRESCOTT, is
enjoined and restrained from coming about, assaulting,
harrassing, telephoning or in any way interferring
with the Petitioner, CYNTHIA HELEN PRESCOTT, until
further notice of this Honorable Court.
4. That the Wife, CYNTHIA HELEN PRESCOTT, is enjoined
and restrained from coming about, assaulting, harrassing,
telephoninq or in any way interferring with the Resoondent,
RICKY CECIL PRESCOTT, until further notice of this
Honorable Court.
