5. That the Husband herein is ordered to pay
child support tt~ ~.j:~ Wife for the support of their
minor child, MICHELLE BETH PRESCOTT, in the amount
of $40.00 per week, until further order of this
Honorable Court.
6. That the proceedings herein are to be stayed
for a period of 45 days, durinq which time the parties
herein shall seek marriage counseling to enable themselves
to effect a reconciliation of their differences.
7. That no bond is being required for this restraininq
order.
8. That the Sheriff of this County is ~irected
to enforce the terms of tt-is Order and should a violation
occur in the presence of that officer or his agents, he
is directed to take the Petitioner or Respondent, as the
case may be, into cUS~ody and bring him or her before
this Honorable Court.
9. Jurisdictionof this entire matter and the parties
hereto is reserved unto this Court, and this Order shall
remain in full force and effect until further Order of this
Nonorable Court.
