JAMES N. HUNDLEY, Husband
and
CAROL L. HUNDLEY, Wife
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon Stipulation of counsel
for the respective parties hereto, as to clarification of the right of
visitation of the Husband with the minor child, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That paragraph 7 of the Agreement entered into between
the parties hereto on December 13, 1979 and incorporated in paragraph
3 of the Final Judgment in~this cause dated January 31, 1980 by
reference, and paragraph 2 of said Final Judgment are her.eby amended
in the following manner:
"The r~asonable visitation rights reserved to James
N. Hundley shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) have the right to have the minor child visit
and be with him away from the residence of the Wife every
other weekend,from Friday afternoon at six p.m. until
Sunday evening at seven p.m.;
(b) visitation with the minor child on one
evening during each week from five p.m. to eight p.m.,
preferably on Wednesdays;•
(c) alternate holidays, including July 4th, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, as well as spring vacation and Easter;
(d) one week of the Christmas holidays, ie: from
five p.m. the day schoo~ lets out for the holidays until
