JUDITH K. MILLER, Wife
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon Stipulation of the
parties hereto and counsel of record for the Husband, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, LAWRENCE EUGENE
MILLER shall have the primary custody of the minor child, LAWRENCE
DQUGLAS MILLER, granting to the Wife, JUDITH K. MILLER, the
following visitation rights:
(a) one and onehalf months during the summer;
{b) holidays, unless agreed ugon between the
Husband and ~iTife, or if the Wife is in
Florida
It is FURTHER ORUERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court retains
jurisdiction of this cause to make such further orders as may
be proper.
