FItJAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petion for Adoption
filed in this cause and Che recommendations of the Division of
Family Services, and iC appearing to the Court that the petitioners
are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted and that the best interests of the child will be promoted
by Che adoption and Chat the child is suitable for adoption by pe-
titioners, ALGIE LEE GREEN and ANNIE MAE GREEN, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as MELISSA ANNE GREEN
is declared to be Che legal child oE the petitioners ALGIA LEE GREEN
and ANNIE i~IAE GREEN, and is given the name of MELISSA ANNE GREEN, by
which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal heir
of the petitioners ALGIA LEE GREEN and ANNIE MAE GREEN, entitled Co
all rights and nrivileges, and subject to all obligations of a child
born to petitioners ALGIA LEE GREEN and ANNIE MAE GREEN, in lawful
wedlock.
