THIS CAUSE having been heard upon the verified Petition
for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of the natural
mother,.LINDA ANN GREGO, and the entry of a Default dated
,.
February 24, 19$1 against the natural father, ROGER C. MARCUM,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner, WILLIAM
MICHAEL GREGO, is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor
children sought to be adopted and that the best interest of the
minor children will be promoted by the adoption and that the
minor children are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ADJUDGED that the minor children known as ANTHONY SCOTT

MARCUM and TARA MICHELLE MARCUM, are declared to be the leqal
, children of the Petitioner, WILLIAM MICN~IEL GREGO, and are
given the names of ANTHONY SCOTT GREGO and TARA MICHELLE GREGO,
respectively, by which names they shall hereinafter be known
as, and it is further
ADJUDGED that these minor children shall be the children
and legal heirs of Petitioner,,WILLIAM MICHAEL GREGO, entitled
to all rights and privileges and subject to all obligations of

the children born to Petitioner, WILLIAM MICHAEL GREGO,-in law-
ful wedlock.
