JUDGMENT CHANGING NAME
THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon the sworn petition
of SUSAN KENNON TUCKER for a Judgment changing her name to SUSAN
PAIGE KENNON; and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is an actual bona fide resident of St. Lucie County. Florida; and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Petition is hereby grarited.
2. That the Petitioner's name of SUSAN KENNON TUCKER be and
the same is hereby changed to SUSAN PAIGE KENNON.
