PARTIAL RELFASE OF MORTGAGB
NELLON BANK, N.A.. a national banking association, holder of the
mortgage executed by OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
to MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking association. dated August 29, 1979, and
recorded in Official Record Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public
tecords of St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February,
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
described as folloWS:
That certain Condaainium parcel composed of Unit No. 206
and an undivided 1/79th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, condi[ions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCEAN TOWERS
CONDOHINIUM B, as recorded in Officisl Record Book 348
page 2288, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
vithout impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaini~g~part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 204, Ocean To~rers Condominium 8, that certain UCC-1 financing Statement
betveen Ocean Tovers Development Corporation and Mel2on Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1651, public
records of St. Lucie Cour.ty, Florida.
