executed by OCBAN TOWERS DEVELOPMBNT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to
ERSKINB FLORIDA PROPBRTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, as to an undivided
one-half (1/2) interest, and ERSKINE CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation, as to an undlvided one-half (1/2) interest, dated August 7,
1979, and recorded in Off~.cial Record Book 315, page 1595, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid.
