ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANp RATIFICATION BY GItANT~~
The Grantee by a,c~;el~tance and ~xecution of this Warranty Ik~ed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to ti~e provisions of the Dc:claration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real pro~~rty described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknawledqes and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contafn all of the warranties,
re~presentations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real pro~erty described above.
