records of St. Lucie Countys Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, receipt af which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February.
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County

and an undivided 1/79th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, tenus and other pro-

page 2288, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
