to be bound by all of said provisionsj the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real proEx:rty described above, as se~curity for his obliqations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and th~ Grantee
acknowledges and agr~es that said Ueclaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
