The Grantee by acreE~tance and execution of this Warranty Ueed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to ttie provisions of the peclaration of Condominium
described above, includiny tt~e provisions of all of its ~xhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledyes and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and ~quitable; the Graiitee hereby im~,resses
a lien upon the land and real prol~erty described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitss and the Grant2e
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condosainfum and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics,
representations aiid inducements co~icerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.~
