PARTIAL R~LEASE OF MORTGACE
MELI.ON BAIVK, N.A., a national banking associution, holder of the
mortgage executed by OC~AAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporbtion,
to MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking association, dated August 29, 1979, and
recorded in Official Record Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, reteipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February,
i981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
described as follows:
That certain Condc~minium parcel composed of Unit No.701
and an undividec~ 1/79ti~ share in those common el=~m~nts
appurtenant Chereto in accurdance with and suhject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of OC~AN TOWERS
CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Record Bo~k 348
page 2288, public records of St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 701_, Ocean ToWers Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 financing Statement
between Ocean Towers Develapment Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Off~cial Record Book 315, page 165I, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
