The Grantee by acce~~tance and execution of this Warranty Ix~ed acknowl~~dqes
that this eonveyance is s~ibject to the j~rovisions of the Dt:claration of Condc~minium
described abovQ, includiny the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; tt~e Gra~tee acknowledyes and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grautee heteby imE~resses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of ti~e warranties,
representations and inducem~n~s concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
