ACKNOWLE:DGM~:NT AND RATIFICATION BY GltAN'PEE
The Grantee by acceptance ai~d execution of this Warranty ueed acknowledqes
that this conveyancc is subject to ti~e ~~rovisions of the Declaration of Condominiwn
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and eyuitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real proE~rty described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and ir-duceawnts concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
