ERSKINE FLORIDA PROPERTIES, INC., a F1oriJa corporation, us to an undivided
one-half (1/2) interest, and ERSKINE CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation, as to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest, dated August 7.
1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1595, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
