The Grantee by acceptance and execution of tt~is Warranty l~ed acktiowledges
that this conveyance is subject to tlie provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the ~~rovisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said ~rovisions; the Grantee acknowledyes and ayrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and ~yuitable; the Gra~itee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his ol~ligations
as described in said Declaratio~i of Condominium and its exhibits; and tt-e Grantee
acknowledgea and agrees tl~at s~id Dec~.aration of C_oi~dominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by ti-e Grantor and Grarttee contaii~ all of the warrantics,
representations and inducem~nts co~-ceruing the purchase by the Giantee of the lar~d
and real property des~ribed above.
