The Grantee by acce~tance and execut~an of this Warranty Ueed acknowledges
that this conveyanre is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including t~ie provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionsf the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obliqations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Ueclaration of Condominiwn and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee co~~tain all of the warranties,
representations ac~~ inducea~nts concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
