mortgage executed by OCEAN TOWERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
to MELLON BANK, N.A., a national banking associatirnn, dated August 29, 1979, and
recorded io Official Record Book 315, pages 1615 through 1642, inclusive, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 23rd day of February,
1981, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
described as follows:
That certain Condauinium parcel composed of Unit No. 502
and an undivided 1/79t1~ share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of OCE.4N TOWERS
CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Recard Bo~k 348
page 2288, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remai~ing part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHE2, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 502. Ocean Towers Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 f inancing Statement
between Ocean Towers Development Corporation and Mellon Bank, N.A., filed
August 30, 1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1651, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
