one-half (1/2) intereat, and ERSKINE CONTRACTING CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation, as to an undivlded one-half (1/1) interest, dated August 7,
1979, and recorded in Official Record Book 315, page 1595, public recorde
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid,
