ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND 12ATIFICATION BY GRAMP~~
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledqes
that this conveyance is subject to tl-e provisions of the Declaration of Condanir~~um
described atwve, includiny the ~rovisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee ayrees
to be bound by all of said provisionsj the Grantee acknowledges ar-d agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominiuai and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledgea and ayrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics,
representations and inducements concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
