NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, as Clerk,

under and by virtue of the Court's Order upon the for~er husband's
Motion to Appoint Special Master and/or in the Alternative Clerk
of Court entered in the above-styled cause directing sale ~f the
property hereinafter described, will offer for sale and sell at
public a~ction to the highest and best bidder for cash or its
equivalent over existing mortgages, at the east front door of the
St. Lucie County Courthouse, rort Pierce, Florida, on the lst day

described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Secti~n 18
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, run East along
the Vorth line of said Section 18, 213.39 feet to
the point of intersection of the said Section line
with the East right of way line of the Florida East
Coast Railway; thence run Southeasterly along said
East right of way line, 202.30 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract hereinafter descrihed; then'ce
continue along said East right of way line,=202.30
feet to a poinC; thence run Eas[ parallel to said
Section line, 1032.5 feet to the West bank of the
Indian River; thence run Northwesterly meandering
said river bank, 205.5 feet to a point; which point
• is on a line parallel to said Section line and due
East of the point of beginning; thence turn and run ~
West, 1014.00 feet on a line parallel to said Section
line to the point ot beginning; together with riparian
rights.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the right of way for South Indian
River Drive.
SUBJECT TO A first mortgage in favor of the Citizens
Federal Bank of Ft. Pierce; and -
