' This action was tried before the Court on Plaintiff's
Complaint on the 12th day of January, 1981. The Court having
fully considered the evidence and testimony presented by both
the Plaintiff and Defendant; IT IS ORDERED AND AOJUDGED:
1. That work performed on the residence of WOODROW
KANTNER, Plaintiff by JOSEPH L. CARTER, d/b/a ASK US ROOFING,
Defendant, was not performed in a good and workmanlike manner.
2. The Defendant, JOSEPH L. CARTER, d/b/a ASK US
,,ROOFING.shall pay to the Plaintiff, WOODROW KANTER, the sum of
~1,450.00 and in addition shall pay to the Plaintiff, WOODROW
KANTNER the sum of $124.35 as costs. All for which 1Qt execution
issue immediately.
