when due.
2. To pa}• all taxes, assessment~, liens and encumbrances on that property

from the date of payment at the same r~~te as specified in that note, shall also
be secured by this mortgage.
3. To keep all buildings noM or hereafter on that land insured against

satisfactory to the ~1ort~a~ee, tl:e insurance policy to be held by and payable to
