FOR VALUE RECEI~~ED, and in consideration for wholesale ffnancing
offered or to be offered to Suzuki of Vero Beach, a partnership of two
of the undersigned ("pealer") and as security for the undersigneds'
guaranty of Dealer's obligations, the undersigned, jointly and severally,
promise to pay to the order of ITT Diversified Credit Corp., at its Miami,
Florida, office,the principal sum of Seventy-five Thousand----------
-------------------------- Dollars, together with interest at the rate of
10 X per annum. ~
This note is due and payable as follows, to-~.•it: On Demand.
It is expressly provided that upon default in the punctual payment of this
note or any part thereof, principal or interest, as the same shall become
due and payable, the entire indebtedness secured b}• the hereinafter men-
tioned lien shall be matured, at the option of the holder; and in the event
default is made in the prompt payment of this note when due or declared

suit is brought on same, or the same is collected through Probate, Bank-
r:~ptcy or other judicial proceedings, then the makers agree and promise to
pay ten per cent (107',.) additional on the amount of principal and interest
then owing, as attorney's fees. ~ -
Each maker, surety and endorser of this note expressly waives all notices,
demands for payment, presentations for payment, notices of intention to
accelerate the maturity, protest and notice of protest, as to this note
and as to each, every and all installments hereof.
Payment hereof is secured by a Real Estate Mortgage of even date herewith.
This note is to be read with such chan~es of number and gender as are
appropriate.
