iC appeare that the Plaintiff has expended the sum of $22.10
in taxable Court costs for its pvst-judgment collection
efforts and the Plaintiff is enCitled to said sum from the
Defendant. M. B. SKAGGS. in addition to the $b58.10 in taxab2e
costs set forth in the Amended Final Judgment rendered herein
on February 29, 1980.
°~Having taken a1L of these matters into consideration
and having heard- the argument of counsel, ~t is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,
1. That the at~ove-named Garnishee~ BARRIE REED'S
AUTO PLAZA, INC.~ shall pay to LLOYD & BROWN TRUST AC~OUNT
as attorney for the Plaintiff, THE FiJRST COMPANY OF FORT
,
PIERCE, a Florida corporation, one-half (1/2) of the monthly
mortgage payment due to M. B. SKAGGS, on ~ebruary 9, 1981,
that is. $429.65; alternatively, if this payment has been
deposited with the Clerk of the Court, the C1erk shall pay to
LLOYll & BROWN TRUST ACCOUNT, as attorney for the Plaintiff,
THE FURST COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE~ a sum equivalent to $429.65,
less the Statutory Clerk's Fee.
2. Upon payment of the above-stated sum to LLOYD &
BROWN TRUST ACCOUNT, as attorney for the Plaintiff, THE FURST
COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE. the Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO
PLAZA, INC.~ shall be dischar~ed of all liability under this
Final Judgtnent of Garnishment.
3. That the Plaintiff, THE FURST COMPA~VY OF FORT
PIERCE, have and recover from the Defendant~ M. B. SKAGGS.
the sum of $22.10 as taxable costs, which is in addition to
ihose amounCs set-forth in the Amended Final Judgment of
this Court dated February 29, 1980.
FOR ALL THE ABOVE SUMS, LF.T EXECUTION ISSUE.
