FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 2nd of March,
1981 at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and a jury of six
registered voters of said county having been properly impaneled,
and the Court having directed a verdict in favor of the Defendants
on the issue of liability, it is thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUQGED:
l. That the plaintiffs shall take nothing from the Defendants,
John Knappman and American States Insurance Company, by virtue of
this cause of action, and said Defendants shall go hence without
day. Jurisdiction is reserved to tax costs and/or attorney's fees
upon proper motion by the Defendants.
DONE AND ORDERED in open court, this ~ day of March, 1981,
