A. Asaassm~nts. Borrower shall promptly pay, when due, all assessments ~mposed by the Owners Assaciat~on or
other goverrnng body of the Condominwm~ProjeG ~herem °Owners AssociaUOn"i pursuant to the prov~s~ons of the declara-
t~on. by-laws, code of regulations or other constituent document of the Condommium Pro~ecl.
B. HazaM Insunnes. So long as the Owners Assoc~ation ma~ntains a"master' or ~~blanket" pol~cy on the Condo-
mm~um Project which provides ~nsurancecoverage agamst t~re, hazards ~nc~uded w~thin the term ~~extended coverage:' and
such other hazards as Lender may reqwre. and in s~~ch amounts and lor such penods as Lender may reqwre, then
(~) Lender wa~ves the prov~s~on ,n Urnform Covenant 2 fo.- the month~y payment to Lender ot on~twelflh
ot the prem~um ~nstallments for hazard ~nsurance on the Property:
jii) Borrowers obligation under Undorm Covenant 51o mamta~n hazard insurance coverage on Ihe Property

(w) the provisions m Urnlorm Covenanl5 regardmg appl~cahon of hazard msurance proceeds shall be supe--

Pro~ect or ot applicable !aw to the extent necessary to avoid confl,ct between such prows~ons and the prows~ons ot Uniform
Covenant 5. For any penod of time during whlch such hazard insurance coverage ~s not ma~ntained, the immediately prececi-
~ng sentence shall be deemed to have no force or effect. Borrower shall g~ve lender prompt not~ce of any lapse in such
hazard insurance coverage.
