I.eodcr the rents of the Property. provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under parag~aph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment ot the Property. have the right to collect and retain such re~ts ss t6ey bocome due and payable.
Upo~ accelention under parag~aph 18 hereof o~ abando~ment of the Property, i.ender shall be entitled to have a
rcceiver appointed by a court to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to collcct the rcnts ~f the
Property, including those past due. All rents cDllected by !he receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs ot

21. Frture Ad~aocts. Upon request by Borrower. 1_endcr, at I.ender's option within twenty yean [rom the date of this
Martgage, may make Future Advancu to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with i~terest thercon, shall be sxured by this
