l.ender the rents ot the Property, provided tha~ Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 18 herco( or abandon-
ment of the Property, have the right to colleet and reta~n such rcnts as tbey bocome due and payable.
Upon acceleration under paragraph I S hereof o~ aha~tidonment of the Property, l.ender shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, ~ake possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the

Mortgage, may make Future Advarices to Borrower. Such Future AJvaoces, with interest thercon, shall be s~cured by this
Motlgage when evidenced by promiswry ootes stat~ng ~het said notes are ~e~.~ured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness securcd by this Mortgage, not inclucling sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
