KNOW ALL MEN IIY THESE PRESENTS:
That the SUN IIANK OF ST. LUClr COUNTY, as Executor of the Estate of
Alinnie L. Dickey~ Deceased~ party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuAble considerations, received from
or on behalf of the SUN F3ANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Flarida Corporation,
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery ~f
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant~ bargain, sell, assign~ transfer and set o,ver unto the
said party of the second part, a 1/2 interest in and to that certain
mortgage bearing date thP 28th day of February, 1978, made by
ALTO ADAMS in'favor of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Executor
of the Estate of Minnie L. Dickey, deceased; (1/2 interest)
WILLIAbi E. NEVLING, III~ as Ancillary Personal Representative of
the Estate of John Thomas Nevling, deceased; (1/4 interest) and
WILLIAM E. NEVLING~ III~ Individually, (1/4 interest) and recorded

in O.R. Book 282, Pages 2125-?, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land,
situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
the Northwest i/4 of Section 12~ Township
35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County~
Florida~ less and except road rights of way.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage
and the monies due and to become due thereon~ with interest from
the 29th day of February, 1979.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of
the second part, their heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns forever•.
