and the Note defined herein. BorTOwer acknowledqes receipt of a copy of the complete text of ihe provisiona

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and, acpree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bo~rower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
