and consented to entry of Order of Summary Adminiatration; that the material alleg-
ationa of the petition are true; and that an O~der of Ancillary Summary Adminiatration

ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Will bearing date of April
21, 1917 is admitted to probate according to law,as and for the Last Will of the
decedent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER , that there be i~ediate distributibn of the asseta
