MOTION TO REOPEN ESTATE
COMES NOW, FRANCIS S. KOLBEK, the sole beneficiary of
the Estate of Florence D. Kolbek, deceased, by and through his
undersigned attorney, and moves this Court to reopen the estate
and permit him to file a Petition for Administration for formal
administration and as grounds therefore would show:
1. That this estate has been suminary administered
and an Order of Summary Administration was entered by this
Court on September 10, 1580.
2. That the sunnnary administration did not take into
consideration a wrongful death settlement in this case.
WHEREFORE, the sole beneficiary of the Estate of Florence
-. Kolbek, FRANCIS S. KOLBEK, requests this Court enter an order
reopening this estate in order to allow for proper distribution
of the wrongful death proceeds.
