1. Petitioner has an interest in the above state as
daughter of deceased.
Petitioner's name and address are Sandy TiJelch. 403 Boston Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and the name and address of peti~ioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
, 2. Decedent. ALFRED WELLING, SR.~ whose last known address
was 14C8 Russell Lane, Fort Pierce, Florida and, if knowr.,
whose age was 52 and whose social security number is 267-36-4676
died on the 25th day of January~ 1981, at Lawnwood Medical Center
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
of any who are minors, are:
