PROBATE DIVISION FILE N0. 80-107 . / PETITION FOR DISCHARGE The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above estate al l eges : l. The decedent, E041ARD C. BORNTRAEGER, JR., a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on December 10, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on July 29, 1980. 2. Heretofore filed herein is Waiver of Final Accounting, and waiver of any notice of hearing of discharge of Personal Representative. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts tha t were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this:estate as set forth in the schedule of distribu~ion attached hereto as Exhibit "B". 7. The only person having an interest in this proceeding is your petitioner, MARJORIE l. BORNTRAEGER. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered discharging ~~ B~OK •J~~7 Fer,F 2 f V't
