authorities. :'he owner of.Par~el A shall havs suc~i
areas c~nstructed and paved in or3er that such areas
will be furnished and rsady for use no later than such
time as any buil~ing constructe3 upon Parcel A is
occupie~.
(b) All buil~ings constructed on Parcel B shall
be constructed within the area shown on the Site Plan
as "Buil~inq Area". From and after the date upon
which any buil3in~ located on Parcel B is occu~ied,
Parcel e shall contain paved parking spaces for at
least the following numb~r of full-size~ automobiles:
