All driveways an~ entrance ways on Parcel C which are shown on the Site Plan shall be constructed and maintained by the owner of Parcel C, subject to closings or takings by qovernmental authoritiss. Anything to the contrary in this subpara~raph (c) notwithstan3inq, the owner of Parcel C, for itself, its successors, successors-in- title and assigns, ~~oes hereby acknowledge and agree that this Declaration may be amended by instru~ent executed by the owners of Parcel A an3 Parcel B to etpand, enlarge or change the portions of Parcel A and Parcel 8 shc~n as "Duil~ing Area" on the Site Plan, it being the intent of this provision to acknowledga that any such amQndment shall be effective without the consent of, or execution by, the owner of Parcel C, its successors, successors-in-title or assigns. (d) Those certain access roads, drivewals, ..: . _. S. Route 1(via the Frontage Road shown on the Site Plan), to :Jaltvn Roa3 (via Village 3reen Drive as shown on the Site Plan), an3 to Walton Rc~ad across Parcel B. The owner of °arcel 3 shall nave such areas constzucted and p3ved in order ~hat such areas will be finishe3 and r~ady for use no latar than eight (8) months from the date hereof.
