Parcel C, subject to closings or takings by

this subpara~raph (c) notwithstan3inq, the owner of
Parcel C, for itself, its successors, successors-in-
title and assigns, ~~oes hereby acknowledge and agree
that this Declaration may be amended by instru~ent
executed by the owners of Parcel A an3 Parcel B to
etpand, enlarge or change the portions of Parcel A and
Parcel 8 shc~n as "Duil~ing Area" on the Site Plan, it
being the intent of this provision to acknowledga that
any such amQndment shall be effective without the
consent of, or execution by, the owner of Parcel C,
its successors, successors-in-title or assigns.
