public. Without li~iting the generality of the foregoing and
subject to the linitations co~tained in Paragraph 4 hereof, the
owners from time to time of the Parcels s~a12 have the right to
expand, alter, ~odify, or ~enolish all or part of the buil3ings t~e}~
propose to construct on said Parcels, or develop said Parcels in any
manner they see fit, it being the intent of this Declaration to
grant reciprocal easements over parking areas, drives, service
drives, access roads, entran~eways, curbs, sidewalks and comnon
areas as they exist from time to time without limiting the right of
the owners of said Parcels to alter, ~emolish or redevelop sai~
areas.
9. Upon the written request of the owner of any of the
Parcels, the then owner of any parcel or any portion thereof, shall
execute an~ deliver, within ten (10) days after receipt of such
request, a certificate certifying that there are no known ~efaults
on the part of any ~arty to this Declaration or, if there are such
defaults, specifying the particulars of snch defaults an3 the action j

required to re~edy them, and certifying that therz are no setoffs or
defenses to the enforcement of the ter~s of this Dec?aration, or if
there are, spec~fying the particulars of such setoffs or 3efenses.
